Both these books are illuminating and I find that having read them originally from cover tocover, I now refer back to them quite often as needed. They are the most accurate and credible portrayals I have come across, of high-tech marketing strategies and how to progress from marketing and selling high-tech products to early adopters, to mainstream customers, without falling in "The Chasm".
